The Jackson County Small Business Incubator (JCSBI) is a project of the Institute for Compatible Development, LLC, (ICD), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Established in 2005, the ICD is tasked with promoting sustainable and economic development in Jackson County, MS.
The JCSBI provides subsidized professional office space and free business counseling services in areas that include business start-up, business planning, financing, taxes, governmental compliance, marketing, human resources management, procurement and budgeting. Our counselors can assist you in the preparation of your business plan in a manner that has you prepared to meet with future investors.
